Delivery & Returns


Millie & Que was established because of a love for beautiful gift ware and a desire to provide our customers with high quality products. As such, most items are made to order and we aim to complete and dispatch candle orders within 7 business days. Please allow between 2-3 weeks for custom wooden orders. In peak times such as Christmas, please allow extra time for orders to be made and dispatched. 


We offer two convenient delivery methods for Millie & Que customers.

Standard shipping using Australia Post in Cockburn, Western Australia.

  • Standard Shipping within Australia is approximately 7-14 business days. Please note that these times are only estimations and do not take into account any delays experienced by Australia Post.
  • Shipping costs are set at $12 for standard shipping within Australia for parcels weighing below 5kg. For anything above 5kg, please get in contact with us at millieandque@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Free local pickup from Wandi and Baldivis.

  • Select free pickup when at the checkout and we will contact you to organise a time.

    If you would like international delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order. 


    Please note that we do not give refunds for change of mind or on personalised orders. Please select your products carefully.

    Damaged or Faulty Goods

    We do our best to ensure that all items are packed in order to prevent breakages during transit. Should you receive an order that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at millieandque@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods within 24 hours. We will then work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund. Any refunds given will be for the total value of the item and not the initial postage fee.
