Special celebrations are always difficult when missing loved ones. Light a candle next to your Memory Plaque and take a moment to remember those who are no longer with us.
Each plaque is made from 3mm plywood, is sealed and comes with an acrylic stand.
When selecting the Memory Plaque and candle combo, please note that your candle will come in a large classic jar.
